Production
Once the sample is approved, we will begin production of the plush toy. This process may involve sourcing materials, cutting and sewing fabric, stuffing the toy, and adding any additional features or accessories. Throughout the production process, we will conduct quality control checks to ensure that the plush toys meet your specifications and quality standards.
Stage 1: the related QCs will arrange full & sampling inspections during this stage, like check the quality of embroidery, printing quality, and check the unstuffed animals skin quality one by one, check the stuffing weight. Confirm the label information/Carton mark with the sales team
Stage 2: Start hand sewing, fur combing, cleaning, hanging the hang-tags, stretch testing, get samples from mass production to do safety testing by 3rd party, do metal detection, final packing.
Stage 3: Packaging all finished. Our team will arrange the final AQL 2.5 standard inspection. If the internal inspection was passed, the QC leader will submit the report to the sales team. If failed, the whole order of plushes toys will need to rework and accept re-inspections.
Internal quality control standard: The production quality should be arranged strictly according to the sample client approved. stitching is firmed enough to pass the tensile test, no sharp edge, clean, no bad smell, metal detection is compulsory before pack into the opp bags, all bags with air holes and warning words. 10 times carton drop testings passed.
